Longton 1st XV

Longton 1st XV are now well settled at the impressive Trentham Fields and are excited to have a retained the same management and coaching team again this season.

The club are once again the current Staffordshire Cup holders and are firmly established in National 3 Midlands. 

For 2010/11, the Firsts will look to build on the mid-table finish achieved last season and will be trying to secure a top 3 finish, with the top spot certainly not out of their sights.

Neil Smith, Joint Director of Rugby, comments "All the facilities are fantastic at the club, and we feel we've got the right players and coaching set up to take the club forward in what is sure to be another very challenging but enjoyable season. The squad is developing extremely well with a good mixture of existing Longton players, returning players and new recruits."
