Coaches
At Longton Rugby, we take the approach towards coaching very seriously.
All of our coaches are CRB checked. All have been trained and assessed by the RFU and hold current coaching qualifications.
Longton Rugby has achieved the RFU's Mini and Youth Seal of Approval accreditation. All of our coaches are working towards or are qualified at, or above, the RFU Level 1 Rugby Coaching Award.
In addition, we ensure that we have more than the prescribed amount of coaches with First Aid qualifications. Our coaches also attend appropriate RFU courses on topics such as Safeguarding.

As a community club, we pride ourselves on our links with local schools, clubs and associations, and we are always willing to put on coaching sessions in the community.
