The upcoming 2021/22 season see’s a combined U17s and U18s colts team within the club and with their first season moving into a senior section. This team is being coached by Longton’s transition coach Max Jennings.
With the team stepping into the senior section, and to allow a smooth integration into the senior section, the training is held on both a Tuesday and Thursday with a set start time of 7pm whilst working alongside Longton’s senior (1st XV & 2nd XV) coaching team.
There is a great mix of players within the playing squad that see’s players moving into their first season of rugby as well as those whom have travelled through the whole pathway of mini and junior rugby.
