Longton RUFC – Mini / Junior Section

Primary Function

To work with Mini/Junior Coaches in organising coaching sessions, matches and competitions

Secondary Function

Tasks

To be responsible for playing kit and ancillary equipment
To work with Parent Liaison Officer to collect membership and any other fees from Mini/Junior members and pass to Mini/Junior’s Secretary or Treasurer
To coordinate transport details for travel to away venues
To contact players, parents and guardians as necessary, regarding training, matches, competitions, etc.
To implement and enforce appropriate Club Policies and Guidelines
To work with Parent Liaison Officer to monitor attendance and contact players/parents where players are not attending to ascertain reasons and welfare of player
