I write to inform you that the Club's AGM will be held at the Clubhouse, Eastern Rise, Trentham Lakes, at 7.30pm on Tuesday 23rd July 2024. Members are asked to make every effort to attend. The agenda for the meeting is given below.

Members are asked to send details of any issues that they would like raised and nominations for members of the clubs committee/ board, (listed below) to myself 7 days before the meeting. (nominations will not be allowed on the night.)

As our membership gets older and people move away from the area it is becoming increasingly difficult to ensure the AGM is Quorate. Consequently the Rules of Association for the club have been amended so that absent members proxy votes can be counted. If you are genuinely unable to attend the AGM, when you respond with your apologies, please nominate a member who you definitely know will be in attendance to act on you behalf as your proxy for all the Agenda or specific items on the Agenda. In order to ensure the effective running of the club it’s essential that our AGM is able to take place.

The Mini & Junior section will continue to elect their committee members at separate section meetings.
