Phoenix Suite
The Phoenix Suite is the name of our clubhouse at Longton Rugby. But don’t get the idea that the Phoenix Suite is like all the other sports clubhouses that you might have visited! It is actually a conference and banqueting facility. With contemporary décor, two tastefully appointed function rooms, plentiful secure parking and spacious grounds, the Phoenix Suite is the ideal venue for your business or celebratory event. Paid-up Club Members can hire the Phoenix Suite for FREE on Mondays to Thursdays, and may also be able to get discounts for Sundays and Fridays as well.

Setting
The Phoenix Suite is the perfect venue for your business meeting, conference, family gathering, wedding reception or other function where excellent levels of service, great value for money, peaceful pleasant surroundings and ease of access are essential. The Phoenix Suite is disability compliant and has full disabled access on, and to, both floors, with a lift from the ground to the first floor. Our Conference and Banqueting Suite is on the first floor with wonderful views – especially from the balcony – over the landscaped grounds and sports pitches towards the city of Stoke-on-Trent and the nearby Staffordshire countryside.

Information
The Phoenix Suite and the Artificial Turf Pitch (ATP), combined with the sports pitches at Trentham Fields and the acres of space provide a unique and perfect setting for children’s birthday parties, charity fundraising events, sports tournaments, motoring club get-togethers, or business activities particularly where team building exercises are involved. Located at our Trentham Fields ground, on the Trentham Lakes retail and business park in Stoke-on-Trent, the Phoenix Suite is conveniently positioned at the junction of the A500 and A50 along which there are direct links to Junction 15 of the M6 motorway (2 minutes away) and Junction 24 of the M1 motorway (40 minutes away).
